张威教授,1957年5月23日生。文学博士,现任中国人民大学外国语学院日语系教授,博士生导师,中国人民大学人文社会科学研究中心秘书长。1977年考入北京第二外国语学院日语系。1980年作为我国第一批日本国费奖学金 Professor Zhang Wei, May 23, 1957 students.
