By the Tenth Research Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Services Department of the tenth research successfully developed FS-100 frame synchronous machine, dry January 19, 1991 in Beijing by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronic Industry ministerial identification. The machine uses component coding, 8.5MHz sampling frequency (4: 2: 2 system), 8bit quantization, quasi- radio standard design.
