【摘 要】目的：分析探究护理质量持续改进在子宫肌瘤患者护理中的应用效果。方法：选择70例子宫肌瘤患者纳入研究，分为两组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施护理质量持续改进措施，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组患者的排气时间与住院时间显著短于对照组（P<0.05），同时观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：护理质量持续改进在子宫肌瘤患者护理中的应用效果明显，具有较大的应用价值。
