本文提出了同时测定人发中痕量Bi、Cu、Pb、Cd的阳极溶出伏安法。实验确定最佳支持电解质组成为0.05MHCl-0.5MNaCl-2.5×10~(-4)MHg(Ⅱ)。在此体系中测定上述四种元素的分辨率好,峰形尖锐,灵敏度高,结果重现性佳。电解富集5分钟Bi、Pb、Cd的灵敏度为2.5×10~(-10)g·ml~(-1),Cu为5×10~(-10)g·ml~(-1)。试验了共存离子的影响,方法干扰少。分析了几种不同类型的人发试样中的Bi、Cu、Pb、Cd。回收率在90~115%之间。
In this paper, anodic stripping voltammetry was developed for simultaneous determination of trace amounts of Bi, Cu, Pb and Cd in human hair. The best supporting electrolyte was determined to be 0.05M HCl - 0.5M NaCl - 2.5 × 10 ~ (-4) MHg (Ⅱ). Determination of the above four elements in this system resolution, sharp peak shape, high sensitivity, good reproducibility. The sensitivities of Bi, Pb and Cd were 2.5 × 10 -10 g · ml -1 and 5 × 10 -10 g · ml -1 for 5 minutes. The effect of coexisting ions was tested and the method was less disturbing. Bi, Cu, Pb, Cd in several different types of human hair samples were analyzed. The recovery rate is between 90 and 115%.
