目的:探讨3D打印联合影像导航技术在内镜鼻颅底外科治疗中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2015年2月至2015年8月在我院实施内镜下鼻颅底手术的28例患者的临床资料,根据辅助方法不同将患者分为研究组(19例)和对照组(9例),分别采用3D打印联合影像导航系统辅助和单纯影像导航系统辅助。观察并比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、肿瘤切除率及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:研究组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及脑脊液鼻漏、术后复发的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用3D打印联合影像导航技术辅助内镜治疗鼻颅底肿瘤可以减少术中并发症及副损伤,实现精准医疗、个性化医疗。
Objective: To explore the application effect of 3D printing combined with image navigation in endoscopic nasal skull base surgery. Methods: The clinical data of 28 patients undergoing endoscopic nasal skull base surgery in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different auxiliary methods, the patients were divided into study group (19 cases) and control group (9 cases), respectively, using 3D printing joint imaging navigation system assisted and simple image navigation system aided. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, tumor resection rate and postoperative complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results: The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, rhinorrhea of cerebrospinal fluid and postoperative recurrence in study group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of 3D printing combined with image navigation technology to assist endoscopic treatment of nasal skull base tumors can reduce intraoperative complications and minor injuries, and achieve accurate medical and personalized medical treatment.
