目前成体细胞逆向分化的研究比较热。其中利用逆转录病毒载体携带诱导因子Oct4、Sox2、c-Myc、Klf4或Oct4、SOX2、Nanog、Lin28可以启动成纤维细胞发生重排逆向分化为胚胎样干细胞。成纤维细胞的逆向分化是一个很复杂的过程,这些诱导因子有的是促进成纤维细胞逆向分化的,有的是抑制成纤维细胞逆向分化的。总之在不同的时期这些诱导因子各自发挥着不同的作用,从而使成纤维细胞逆向分化。本文就成体细胞逆向分化的调控因子研究现状及展望作一综述。
The current study of adult cells reverse differentiation is relatively hot. Among them, retroviral vector-mediated induction of Oct4, Sox2, c-Myc, Klf4 or Oct4, SOX2, Nanog and Lin28 can initiate the rearrangement of fibroblasts into embryonic-like stem cells. Adverse differentiation of fibroblasts is a complex process. Some of these inducers promote the differentiation of fibroblasts, and some of them inhibit the differentiation of fibroblasts. In short, these different inducing factors play different roles at different times, so that fibroblasts reversely differentiate. This review summarizes the research status and prospect of regulators of adult cells reverse differentiation.
