[目的]比较不同免疫途径制备白蛋白抗血清的效价,研究既简便又效价高的制备免疫血清的最佳方法。[方法]以小牛血清白蛋白(Bovine serum albumin,BSA)加完全佐剂为抗原,通过皮内、多途径、肌肉注射3种途径免疫家兔,测定不同免疫途径的抗血清效价。[结果]皮内免疫的抗血清效价最高1︰64,最低1︰16;多途径免疫的抗血清效价最高1︰32,最低1︰16;肌肉免疫的抗血清效价最高1︰16,最低1︰8。[结论]皮内免疫途径制备白蛋白抗血清的方法简便,效价高,对实验动物的损伤小,是一种理想的制备教学用免疫血清的方法。
[Objective] To compare the titer of albumin antiserum prepared by different routes of immunization and to study the best method of preparing immune serum which is simple and effective. [Method] Bovine serum albumin (BSA) plus complete adjuvant was used as antigen to immunize rabbits by intradermal route, multi-route and intramuscular route, and the antiserum titers of different immunization routes were determined. [Result] The highest titer of anti-serum in intradermal immunization was 1︰64, the lowest was 1︰16. The titer of antiserum with multi-channel immunization was 1︰32, the lowest was 1︰16. The titer of muscle-immunized antiserum was 1︰16 , The lowest 1 ︰8. [Conclusion] The method of intradermal immunization to prepare albumin antiserum is simple, high titer, less damaging to experimental animals and is an ideal method for preparing immune serum for teaching.
