本文主要论述了导向器叶片排气面积测量过程中,单件叶片的测量方法——利用模拟块进行辅助测量,测具结构采用了新型的翻转机构能够更好地观察叶片的测量状态,模拟块虽然按照理论数据进行的设计,既保证两侧叶片的排气面积测量准确,又能解决整个叶片排气面积测量问题,而且间接地保证了叶片型面的准确性,对于叶片单件的合格加工起到了一定的作用。
This paper mainly discusses the measuring method of single blade in the process of measuring the exhaust area of the guide vane, which uses the analog block to assist the measurement. The structure of the measuring tool adopts a new type of turning mechanism to better observe the measuring state of the blade. Although the design according to the theoretical data not only ensures that the exhaust area of both sides of the blade is measured accurately, but also solves the measurement problem of the entire blade exhaust area, and indirectly ensures the accuracy of the blade surface.
