文章通过一例新生心理适应不良的案例研究,以积极心理学为基点,采用认知行为疗法和团体心理咨询等方法调整不合理认知。经过四次咨询,引导来访者初步建立社会支持系统,情绪状态明显改善,人际关系良好,积极意识增加,促进了心理发展,咨询效果明显。
Through a case study of poor psychological adaptability of new students, the article takes positive psychology as a starting point and adjusts unreasonable cognition by using cognitive behavioral therapy and group counseling. After four consultations, the visitors were guided to establish a social support system initially. Their emotional status improved markedly, their interpersonal relationships were good, their positive awareness increased, their mental development promoted, and the consultation effect was obvious.
