采用氨丙基氨乙基三甲氧基硅烷(APAETMS)对磺酸型水性聚氨酯进行了改性,分析了APAETMS质量分数对乳液及胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:改性后乳液的粒径呈多元分布,乳胶粒子呈核壳结构;随着APAETMS质量分数的增大,胶粒平均粒径逐渐增大,多分散性增强;当APARTMS质量分数大于1.5%小于2.0%时,乳液的固含量比纯水性聚氨酯有所增加,最高达65%。与未改性的相比,力学性能略有提高,但耐水性明显提高。
The sulfonic acid type aqueous polyurethane was modified with aminopropyl aminoethyltrimethoxysilane (APAETMS), and the influence of APAETMS mass fraction on the performance of emulsion and film was analyzed. The results showed that the particle size of the emulsion was multivariate distribution and the latex particles were core-shell structure. With the increase of APAETMS mass fraction, the average particle size of micelles increased and the polydispersity increased. When APARTMS mass fraction was more than 1.5 When the% is less than 2.0%, the solid content of the emulsion is increased to 65% higher than that of pure water polyurethane. Compared with the unmodified, mechanical properties slightly improved, but significantly improved water resistance.
