神东公司矿井大部分分布于西北地区,总体来说水文地质条件较为简单。但部分矿井井田面积大,煤炭产量高,一个矿井往往有多个盘区同时开采,造成矿井涌水量较大,传统的中央水泵房集中排水方式已不适用。为了提高矿井排水能力,保证排水系统的可靠性,矿井采用分区排水方式,分盘区设置了独立的排水系统。结果表明:分区排水系统安全、可靠,排水效率显著提高,排水费用明显降低,保证了矿井安全生产。
Most of the Shendong Mine is located in the northwestern region, and hydrogeological conditions are generally relatively simple. However, some minefields are large in area and have high coal production. In a mine, there are often several panels that are mined at the same time, resulting in large influx of water in the mine. The traditional central pumping house centralized drainage is not applicable. In order to improve the drainage capacity of the mine and ensure the reliability of the drainage system, the mine adopts the district drainage method and the sub-plate area sets up an independent drainage system. The results show that the drainage system of the district is safe and reliable, the drainage efficiency is significantly improved, the drainage cost is obviously reduced, and the mine safety production is guaranteed.
