IS—LM模型是凯恩斯宏观经济学的基本模型之一,是对产品市场与货币市场关系的反映。货币政策的实施方向在模型中表现为LM曲线的斜率,扩张性的货币政策会使得LM曲线右移,反之,左移。同时由于乘数效应的影响,货币政策并不能取得完全的实施效果,存在一定的挤出效应。本文主要结合IS—LM模型来分析货币政策的实施对房地产市场的影响,以为房地产市场调控政策的制定提供参考意见。
The IS-LM model is one of the basic models of Keynesian macroeconomics and a reflection of the relationship between the product market and the money market. The implementation of monetary policy in the model showed the slope of the LM curve, expansionary monetary policy will make the LM curve to the right, on the contrary, left. At the same time, due to the multiplier effect, monetary policy can not achieve the full implementation effect, and there is a certain crowding-out effect. This paper mainly analyzes the influence of the implementation of monetary policy on the real estate market by combining IS-LM model, in order to provide reference for the formulation of regulation and control policies of the real estate market.
