Relatively poor. This essay combs the evolution of the legal system and education policy related to immigrants in the United States. From the perspective of social exclusion, this paper expounds the structure of immigrant students’ acceptance of education in the United States from the dimensions of immigration system, education policy and economic status Sexual exclusion, and functional exclusion caused by factors such as language barrier and cultural differences. Only a wider range of social acceptance and more active social integration of immigrants can improve the quality of immigration education.
