目的:探讨健康教育路径在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法:将98例COPD患者按随机数字表法分为观察组50例和对照组48例,两组患者中出现变异3例(观察组2例、对照组1例),观察组2例自动退出,最终纳入观察组46例,对照组47例。对照组接受COPD疾病护理常规健康教育;观察组由责任护士严格按照制定好的COPD健康教育路径表单内容进行健康教育。两组患者入院时和出院时分别进行自我护理能力测定量表和健康促进生活方式量表调查。结果:两组患者自我护理技能、自我责任感、健康知识水平、自我概念得分较干预前明显改善(P<0.05),观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康责任、运动、压力应对、自我实现各维度改善情况较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育路径可提高COPD患者的自我护理能力和健康行为水平。
Objective: To explore the effect of health education on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: A total of 98 patients with COPD were divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 48) according to random number table method. There were 3 patients in observation group (2 in observation group and 1 in control group) , Eventually included in the observation group 46 cases, control group 47 cases. The control group received routine health education on COPD disease care. In the observation group, the responsible nurses conducted health education in strict accordance with the formulated COPD health education route form. Two groups of patients on admission and discharge were measured self-care ability scale and health promotion lifestyle scale survey. Results: The self-care skills, self-responsibility, health knowledge and self-concept score of the two groups were significantly improved (P <0.05), and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05) The improvement in all dimensions of exercise, stress coping and self-actualization were significantly improved compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The route of health education can improve self-care ability and health behavior of COPD patients.
