通过有限元仿真分析计算了各工况下止水带的最大Mises应力情况,得出了止水带在充气及外围受到水压的情形下,拉伸应力较小,帘子布的应力值相对较大。结果表明,圆弧式止水带在张开量/充气压为40mm/1.2MPa工况下,可以抵抗的最大水压为0.7MPa,考虑到一定的安全系数,可以满足水压为0.5MPa、水深为50m的隧道使用。
Through the finite element simulation analysis, the maximum Mises stress of the water stop under each working condition was calculated. The result shows that under the condition of inflated water and the periphery pressure, the tensile stress is small, and the stress value of the tire cord is relatively Big. The results show that the maximum water pressure that can be resisted by the arc type water stop with an open volume / inflation pressure of 40mm / 1.2MPa is 0.7MPa. Taking into account the certain safety factor, the water pressure can be 0.5MPa and the water depth is 50m tunnel use.
