为保证起重机安全工作,力矩限制器是一种非常重要的保护装置。介绍了履带式起重机力矩限制器的工作原理,并通过对履带起重机6种典型工况的结构分析,分别在主臂变幅绳、塔臂变幅绳和超起变幅绳3处取力,根据力传感器采集到的信号,结合其它结构参数,建立简洁可行的数学模型,可计算出起重机的实际载荷。
