建立了用表达Ｅｐｓｔｅｉｎ－Ｂａｒ病毒壳抗原ｇｐ１２５的重组痘苗病毒感染细胞为抗原，检测ＩｇＡ／ｇｐ１２５抗体的免疫酶法，并检测了鼻咽癌、其它肿瘤病人和正常人的ＩｇＡ／ｇｐ１２５抗体，其灵敏度远远高于ＩｇＡ／ＥＡ，接近于ＩｇＡ／ＭＡ和ＩｇＡ／ＶＣＡ，特异性高于ＩｇＡ／ＭＡ和ＩｇＡ／ＶＣＡ，接近于ＩｇＡ／ＥＡ。
A recombinant vaccinia virus expressing Epstein-Bar virus shell antigen gp125 was used as an antigen to detect IgA / gp125 antibody by immunoenzymatic assay. IgA / gp125 antibody was detected in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, other tumor patients and normal individuals Sensitivity is much higher than IgA / EA, close to IgA / MA and IgA / VCA, specificity is higher than IgA / MA and IgA / VCA, close to IgA / EA.
