采用次氯酸钠氧化法生产促进剂NS产生的废水具有有机污染物含量高、盐分含量高及色度高的“三高”特点,难以直接生化处理,本研究采用物化法对此类废水的预处理进行了研究。原废水化学需氧量为13860mg·L-1、pH值为9~10、悬浮固体含量为535mg·L-1,经过初过滤+调酸过滤+蒸馏+催化氧化工艺处理后,废水各项指标达到了国家废水二级排放标准要求,证明该处理工艺可行。
The waste water produced by using sodium hypochlorite oxidation accelerator to produce NS has the characteristics of high organic content, high salinity and high chroma, which makes it difficult to direct biochemical treatment. In this study, Processing was studied. The original wastewater chemical oxygen demand was 13860mg · L-1, pH value was 9 ~ 10, the suspended solids content was 535mg · L-1. After the initial filtration + acidification filtration + distillation + catalytic oxidation process, The national wastewater secondary emission standard has been met, proving that the treatment process is feasible.
