研究结果表明,在室温(10~30℃)条件下,ABA能抑制猕猴桃试管苗的生长。含有0.1μg/gABA的MS培养基可以有效地减少试管苗继代培养的次数,延长保存时间。随着ABA浓度的增加和保存时间的延长,猕猴桃试管苗丙二醛含量积累,超氧化物歧化酶活性下降。
The results showed that ABA could inhibit the growth of plantlets of Actinidia chinensis under room temperature (10 ~ 30 ℃). MS medium containing 0.1μg / g ABA can effectively reduce the number of subculture of test tube seedlings and prolong the storage time. With the increase of ABA concentration and storage time, the content of malondialdehyde in kiwifruit plantlets accumulated and the activity of superoxide dismutase decreased.
