以三种磁铁精矿为原料,两种膨润土为粘结剂,进行了单一铁精矿和不同配矿条件下混合铁精矿的造球试验和球团焙烧试验。研究了铁精矿的化学成分、粒度组成和颗粒形貌及其对球团矿质量的影响,探索了不同原料条件下的造球参数及最佳造球条件下氧化球团矿的焙烧参数。其结果可为球团厂合理配矿提供指导。
Three kinds of magnetite concentrate were used as raw materials and two kinds of bentonite were used as binder. The balling test and pellet roasting test were carried out on single iron concentrate and mixed iron concentrate under different ore blending conditions. The chemical composition, particle size distribution and particle morphology of iron ore concentrate and its influence on pellet quality were studied. The parameters of pelletizing under different raw materials and the roasting parameters of pellets under the optimal pelletizing conditions were explored. The results for the pellet factory with ore to provide guidance.
