运用SolidWorks软件建立救生舱的三维实体模型,然后导入ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件中对瓦斯爆炸过程进行模拟计算,获得瓦斯爆炸冲击波在巷道内的传播规律。以KJYF-96/8型号矿用可移动式救生舱为实例进行分析模拟,得到救生舱结构的应力和位移随结构参数变化的规律,为舱体结构设计提供依据。
SolidWorks software is used to establish the 3D solid model of the rescue capsule and then imported into ANSYS / LS-DYNA finite element software to simulate the gas explosion process to get the propagation law of gas explosion shock wave in the tunnel. Taking KJYF-96/8 mine mobile life-saving cabin as an example, the stress and displacement of the life-saving cabin structure are obtained with the variation of structural parameters to provide the basis for the design of the cabin structure.
