目的研究过氧化氢汽雾消毒剂对空气消毒的有效中和剂,以便科学评价该过氧化氢消毒剂空气消毒效果。方法依据中和剂鉴定试验的原则,并结合空气模拟现场消毒试验方法,对该过氧化氢消毒剂中和剂效果进行评价。结果在营养琼脂培养基中含5 000 mg/L硫代硫酸钠的培养基平板对过氧化氢处理后的空气中白色葡萄球菌阳性对照组平均回收菌数为82 803 cfu/m3,中和剂组平均回收菌数为1 001 cfu/m3,中和产物组平均回收菌数为7 656 cfu/m3。将培养基中硫代硫酸钠浓度降低到625 mg/L,中和产物组平均回收菌数与对照组菌数接近,但中和剂组菌数略偏低。结论含硫代硫酸钠的营养琼脂培养基平板对采样到培养基表面的白色葡萄球菌表现出明显的抑菌作用,不适合作为低浓度过氧化氢空气消毒的中和剂。
Aim To study the effective disinfectant neutralizing agent of hydrogen peroxide aerosol disinfectant in order to scientifically evaluate the air disinfection effect of the hydrogen peroxide disinfectant. Methods Based on the principle of neutralizing agent identification test, combined with air disinfection field test, the effect of neutralizing agent of hydrogen peroxide disinfectant was evaluated. Results In the medium of nutrient agar containing 5 000 mg / L of sodium thiosulfate, the average number of recovered bacteria in the air-exposed Staphylococcus aureus positive control group was 82,803 cfu / m3, the neutralizing agent The average number of recovered bacteria was 1 001 cfu / m3 and the average number of recovered bacteria was 7 656 cfu / m3. The concentration of sodium thiosulfate in the medium was reduced to 625 mg / L, the average recovered bacteria number in the neutralization product group was close to that in the control group, but the bacteria number in the neutralizing agent group was slightly lower. Conclusion Sodium thiosulfate nutrient agar plate showed obvious bacteriostasis against Staphylococcus aureus sampled on the culture medium and was not suitable as neutralizing agent for air disinfection of low concentration hydrogen peroxide.
