面包中的防腐剂面包松软可口,在很多人看来是顿健康早餐。但面包除了含小麦、牛奶和糖以外,还有一种名叫丙酸钙(E282)的防腐剂。这种防腐剂在20多年前被悄悄引入面包中,它是种无色、无味的白色粉末,人们无法通过外观、气味和味道分辨出来。对人体的危害是一点点慢慢积累起来的,研究证明,它与肠道失调和偏头痛有关,还会导致孩子学习困难和持续性疲劳。
