2017年是十三五规划的第二个年头,经济层面、政治层面和文化层面都取得了令世界瞩目的成果。多方位一体化的发展方式是最为合理有效的方式。树立贯彻“五位一体”的发展新理念,推进经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明建设。在这“五位一体”的各个层面中,政府的公共服务能力起着至关重要的作用。提升政府公共服务部门的人才培养机制对于国家未来的发展也起到积极的影响。因此,笔者将浅析政府公共服务部门人才培养的机制,为未来提供一定的经验借鉴。
As the second year of the 13th Five-Year Plan, 2017 has achieved world-wide attention at the economic, political and cultural levels. Multi-directional integration of the development is the most reasonable and effective way. Establish a new concept of development in implementing the “Five in One” and promote the building of an economic, political, cultural, social and ecological civilization. In all aspects of this “five in one”, the government’s public service capabilities play a crucial role. Improving the personnel training mechanism in government public service departments also has a positive impact on the future development of the country. Therefore, I will analyze the government public service department personnel training mechanism for the future to provide some experience and reference.
