试验结果表明,通过葡萄园生态系统零排放猪舍基质垫料栽培双孢蘑菇技术研究,表现双胞蘑菇培养中多余的养分改善了葡萄园土壤理化性状,提高土壤氮、磷、钾、有机质含量,全氮0.06%,有效磷1.5mg/Kg,速效钾279mg/Kg,有机质16.5%,有利于葡萄根系生长,产量增高品质增优。葡萄园固有环境的养分、水分和土壤微生物产生的抗菌素和激素则有利于双胞蘑菇菌丝体、子实体形成发育,提高生物效率,使经济效益比葡萄单作提高一倍。
The results showed that the cultivation of Agaricus bisporus by the zero-emission pigsty mats in the vineyard ecosystem showed that the extra nutrients in the double-mushroom cultivation improved the soil physical and chemical properties and increased the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and organic matter in the soil 0.06% of total nitrogen, 1.5mg / Kg of available phosphorus, 279mg / Kg of available potassium and 16.5% of organic matter, which are good for grape root growth and yield increase and quality increase.
