目的:观察消渴化瘀片对糖尿病合并高血脂大鼠血糖、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性;丙二醛(MDA)含量变化的作用。方法:60只健康Wistar大鼠,随机分为6组:正常对照组,模型组,小、中、大剂量消渴化瘀片组,玉泉丸组;采用高脂饮食和四氧嘧啶(aLLoxan)腹腔注射建立糖尿病高血脂大鼠模型。灌胃6周前后测空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(P2hPG)、空腹胰岛素(FIns)、餐后2h胰岛素(P2hIns)、SOD、MDA水平。结果:6周治疗后,消渴化瘀片大剂量组P2hPG、P2hIns水平分别为(10.72±2.86)mmol/L,(36.68±14.64)U/L,较治疗前显著下降,与模型组比较,P<0.05;玉泉丸组仅P2hIns水平为(39.26±12.45)U/L,下降显著,与模型组比较,P<0.05。消渴化瘀片能提高糖尿病大鼠血清SOD活性,以大剂量组为最好(72.62±12.64)nkat/L,与模型组(53.86±9.34)nkat/L比较,P<0.05。结论:中药消渴化瘀片能降低实验性2型糖尿病大鼠餐后血糖、餐后胰岛素水平,大剂量消渴化瘀片还能提高糖尿病大鼠血清SOD活性。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Xiaoke Huayu Tablet on blood glucose, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in diabetic rats with hyperlipidemia. METHODS: Sixty healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group, model group, Xiaoke Huayu Tablet group, Yuquan Pill group, and high-fat diet and aLLoxan. Intraperitoneal injection of diabetic hyperlipidemia rat model was established. Before and after intragastric administration for 6 weeks, fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial 2h blood glucose (P2hPG), fasting insulin (FIns), postprandial 2h insulin (P2hIns), SOD, and MDA levels were measured. RESULTS: After 6 weeks of treatment, the levels of P2hPG and P2hIns in the high-dose Xiaoke Huatan Tablets group were (10.72±2.86) mmol/L, (36.68±14.64) U/L, which was significantly lower than before treatment, compared with the model group. P<0.05; P2hIns level in the Yuquan Pills group was (39.26±12.45) U/L, a significant decrease, compared with the model group, P<0.05. Xiaoke Huatan Tablets can increase the serum SOD activity in diabetic rats, which is the best (72.62±12.64) nkat/L in the high-dose group, and compared with the model group (53.86±9.34) nkat/L, P<0.05. Conclusion: Xiaoke Huatan Tablets can reduce postprandial blood glucose and postprandial insulin levels in experimental type 2 diabetic rats. High dose Xiaokehuayu tablet can also increase serum SOD activity in diabetic rats.
