履带式装载机是靠齿轮箱的输入轴与装载机变速器后动力输出轴相连,经一对锥齿轮变速并换向,输出轴与配套的装载机工作装置连接,从而实现装载机动力向配套工作装置的动力传递和输出,以完成装载机的铲掘和装卸物料作业。MDT软件是Autodesk公司在PC平台上开发的三维机械CAD系统。它以三维设计为基础,集设计、分析、制造以及文档管理等多种功能于一体,为用户提供了从设计到制造一体化的解决方案。以国内外小型履带式装载机多采用的传动形式为例,以三维设计软件MDT为平台,对齿轮箱的结构进行了参数化设计,介绍了主要零件的三维参数模型的构建,并利用MDT的表驱动功能对其进行参数化绘图,建立零件库,最终实现三维装配。该技术的应用,使小型装载机齿轮箱结构的设计规范化、参数化,缩短了产品开发周期,为以后更多机械产品实现参数化设计作了初步的尝试。

The 3D parametric model of the main components is introduced and the MDT Table driver function parametric mapping, the establishment of parts library, the final realization of three-dimensional assembly. The application of this technology makes the design of gearbox structure of small loaders standardized and parameterized, which shortens the product development cycle and makes preliminary attempts for the parametric design of more mechanical products in the future.
