试验研究了在鲤鱼饲料中添加不同含量硅肥对鲤鱼(体长为11.42cm±0.30cm,体重为40.77g±2.84g)肝胰脏和肠中淀粉酶活性的影响。结果表明,饲料中添加4%硅肥时,前肠淀粉酶活性最高,为411.80U,比对照组高26.67%;饲料中添加1%硅肥时,中肠和后肠淀粉酶活性最高,分别比对照组高25.89%和35.29%;饲料中添加3%硅肥时,肝胰脏淀粉酶活性最高,为606.84U,比对照组高28.84%;饲料中添加5%硅肥时,试验鱼的肠及肝胰脏中淀粉酶的活性均最低。表明鲤鱼不同组织中淀粉酶的活性随着饲料中硅肥含量的变动而出现明显的差异,饲料中添加适量的硅肥可以提高淀粉酶的活性。
The effects of different silicon fertilizers on carp (body length 11.42cm ± 0.30cm, body weight 40.77g ± 2.84g) and amylase activity in liver and intestine were studied. The results showed that when adding 4% silicon fertilizer, the amylase activity in the foregut was the highest, which was 411.80U, which was 26.67% higher than that in the control group. The amylase activity in the midgut and the hindgut was the highest when adding 1% 25.89% and 35.29% higher than that of the control group. When 3% silicon fertilizer was added into the feedstuff, the activity of amylase in hepatopancreas was the highest, which was 606.84U, 28.84% higher than that in the control group. When 5% Intestinal and hepatopancreas amylase activity were the lowest. The results showed that the activity of amylase in different tissues of carp was significantly different with the change of silicon fertilizer content in feed. Adding appropriate amount of silicon fertilizer to feed could increase the activity of amylase.
