目的用实验方法考察认知灵活性与大学生心理健康的关系,为研究认知控制与大学生心理健康的关系提供参考依据。方法选取杭州师范大学学生38名(女生22名,男生16名)采用注意瞬脱下的定势转换实验范式反映认知灵活性,用SCL-90测量大学生心理健康状况,考察二者的关系。注意瞬脱实验中,第1个目标前出现的不同类型干扰项代表不同的定势转换需求,包括针对语义和形状的注意定势。结果语义和形状定势转换所造成的瞬脱量变化与SCL-90测试得分有显著相关,尤其是目标间隔为lag 2时。结论注意瞬脱下的认知灵活性与大学生心理健康有显著的相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between cognitive flexibility and mental health of college students by experimental methods and to provide a reference for studying the relationship between cognitive control and mental health of college students. Methods 38 students (22 girls and 16 boys) in Hangzhou Normal University were selected to study cognitive flexibility by using the paradigm shift experiment paradigm of attention instantaneous off. The SCL-90 was used to measure the mental health of college students and the relationship between them was investigated. Note that in the instantaneous experiment, the different types of disturbances that appear before the first target represent different demand-setting conversions, including attention to semantic and shape considerations. Results The change of seizure caused by the semantic and shape change was significantly correlated with SCL-90 test scores, especially when the target interval was lag 2. Conclusion Note that the instantaneous off cognitive flexibility and mental health of college students have a significant correlation.
