多种物理量传感器其物理量与电信号之间的变化关系皆为非线性,有时又没有严格的数学解析式。譬如各型热电偶(国外已有用高阶数学式解析的),热敏电阻,湿敏电阻及其他等。要直读其物理量信号,势必先将其输出量进行非线性转换,然后由数字示出。一般采用补偿电路或运算放大器组成的线性化电路,如折线函数发生器等来进行线性修正。现给出一种能配合任意非线性传感器的非线性A/D转换器的原理设计。
