在利用有限元方法对座椅弹射计算分析的基础上,以VC/MFC(Microsoft Foundation Class)为工具,借助OpenCASCADE虚拟成形技术,开发了模拟飞机座椅弹射过程的仿真软件。此软件调用了CATIA、Patran和Dytran软件。CATIA软件用来查看和修改仿真模型。对Patran软件进行了二次开发,并用以仿真前处理和后处理。使用Dytran软件模拟弹射过程。此软件包将整个飞机座椅弹射过程仿真步骤化,同时还包含了出舱姿态及轨迹计算、模型管理、材料管理等模块,方便用户使用,有效地提高了工作效率。
Based on the calculation and analysis of seat ejection with finite element method, a simulation software to simulate the ejection process of the aircraft seat was developed by using VC / MFC (Microsoft Foundation Class) as a tool and using OpenCASCADE virtual prototyping technology. This software calls CATIA, Patran and Dytran software. CATIA software is used to view and modify the simulation model. The Patran software was secondarily developed and used to simulate pre-processing and post-processing. Use Dytran software to simulate the ejection process. This package simulates the ejection process of the entire aircraft seat. It also includes modules for module attitude calculation and trajectory calculation, model management and material management, which are user-friendly and effectively improve work efficiency.
