近年来,我们对90例经头颅CT检查证实为多发性脑梗塞的病人同时做脑电图(EEG)检查,现将两种检查结果对比分析如下。 临床资料:本组年龄44~70岁,平均60.5岁。病人均急性起病,发病后2~7天头颅CT检查示颅内有2个或2个以上梗塞灶,其中多发性脑梗塞位于基底节区41例,脑叶30例,脑叶~基底节区13例,小脑6例。多发性脑梗塞合并脑萎缩53例,以脑沟增宽、脑室扩大为特点。发病10天内行EEG描记(采用冯氏标准),正常范围30例,异常60例,其中局限性异常33例,广泛性异常27例。
