介绍了中空吹塑成型机实时控制系统的总体设计方案及硬件配置与软件设计，并叙述了工控机与PLC两级控制系统的通讯。此项研究可实现生产过程及管理一体化。
The overall design scheme, hardware configuration and software design of the real-time control system for blow molding machine are introduced. The communication between IPC and PLC control system is also described. This research enables the integration of production processes and management.
