采用液体与琼脂对倍稀释方法,测定了3种抗菌药物对5种支原体体外抗菌作用效果。结果显示:交沙霉素与泰洛星有较强的抗5种支原体作用。交沙霉素抗尿素支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)、口腔支原体的MIC50与MIC90作用相同,为0.0625与0.125μg/ml,抗唾液与精氨酸支原体为0.125与0.25μg/ml;泰洛星抗Uu、Mh的MIC50与MIC90,为0.5与1μg/ml,抗口腔支原体为0.25与1μg/ml,抗唾液支原作为0.25与0.5μg/ml,抗精氨酸支原体为0.5与1μg/ml;小檗碱抗唾液与口腔支原体的MIC50与MIC90为4与8μg/ml,抗Uu与Mh为8与16μg/ml,抗精氨酸支原体为16与32μg/ml。
Using liquid and agar double dilution method, the antibacterial effect of three kinds of antibacterial drugs on five kinds of Mycoplasma in vitro was determined. The results showed that josamycin and tylosin have strong anti-5 mycoplasma. The MIC50 of jasmomycin against Ureaplasma urealyticum (Mycoplasma hominis), Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) and Mycoplasma oralis was 0.0625 and 0.125 μg / ml, respectively. The anti-salivary and M. arginine mycoplasma were 0.125 and 0.25 μg / ml for tylosin; MIC50 and MIC90 for tylosin against Uu, Mh were 0.5 and 1 μg / ml, 0.25 and 1 μg / ml for Mycophorolatectomy, and 0.25 and 0 for anti-salivary mycoplasma. 5μg / ml, anti-arginine mycoplasma 0.5 and 1μg / ml; berberine anti-saliva and oral Mycoplasma MIC50 and MIC90 of 4 and 8μg / ml, anti-Uu and Mh 8 and 16μg / ml, Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae is 16 and 32 μg / ml.
