氨酪酸 (GABA)是一种哺乳动物中枢神经系统重要的抑制性神经递质。近年来的研究表明 ,GABA还广泛存在于外周组织 ,包括胃肠道。除了作为胃肠神经递质 ,还有可能作为一种胃肠激素 ,参与胃内细胞间信息的传递和调控 ,抑制胃癌的发生。谷氨酸脱羧酶 (GAD)是合成GABA的主要限速酶。作者拟对GABA、GAD与胃癌的关系作一综述。
Ammonia butyric acid (GABA) is an important inhibitory neurotransmitter in mammalian central nervous system. In recent years, studies have shown that GABA is also widespread in peripheral tissues, including the gastrointestinal tract. In addition to being a gastrointestinal neurotransmitter, it is also possible as a gastrointestinal hormone that participates in the transmission and regulation of intracellular information between cells and inhibits the occurrence of gastric cancer. Glutamate decarboxylase (GAD) is the main rate-limiting enzyme in the synthesis of GABA. The authors intend to review the relationship between GABA, GAD and gastric cancer.
