受非典疫情影响,近一个月来,我国消费需求大幅减少;各级政府追加投资总额将超过100亿元,对今年国债投资的减少有所弥补;外贸受影响时间不会太长。预计SARS疫情对消费的影响主要集中在今年2～3季度,会导致全年需求增幅下降1.5～2个百分点,从而直接引起全年GDP增速下降0.7～0.9个百分点。
Influenced by the SARS epidemic, in the past month, the consumption demand in our country has been greatly reduced. The total additional investment by all levels of government will exceed 10 billion yuan, which will make up for the reduction of this year’s treasury bond investment. The foreign trade will not be affected for too long. It is estimated that the impact of the SARS outbreak on consumption will mainly be concentrated in the second to third quarters of this year, which will result in a 1.5 to 2 percentage point decrease in the annual growth rate of demand, which will directly cause the annual growth rate of GDP to drop by 0.7 to 0.9 percentage points.
