Objective: To explore the correlation between medical personnel sharp injury and vocational training. Methods: By means of questionnaire survey, the risk factors of sharp medical injuries in the first-line medical staff in the hospital were investigated, and whether there was any significant difference in the chances of sharp injury was found between the medical staff trained by vocational training and the medical staff trained without vocational training. Results: The occupational training rate of medical staff who received sharps injuries was significantly lower than that of medical staff who did not receive vocational training of sharps injuries (P <0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of sharp injuries among medical staff is very much related to whether they are involved in occupational training for sharp injuries. Therefore, the hospital management should attach great importance to occupational training for sharp injuries and minimize the occurrence of sharp injuries to medical staff, Occurrence probability.
