绿色建筑作为我国建筑领域持续发展的具体表现形式,在改善我国建筑行业高污染、高能耗现状方面发挥着积极作用。绿色建筑在实践中,强调建筑全生命周期的管理。其中成本管理水平高低,在很大程度上影响建筑经济效益。本文初步了解全寿命周期成本后,分析绿色建筑项目全周期成本构成,最后将深圳万科城作为研究对象,对绿色建筑进行经济效益分析,以期为我国其他地区指定绿色建筑方案提供借鉴。
As a concrete manifestation of sustainable development in China’s construction field, green building plays an active role in improving the current situation of high pollution and high energy consumption in China’s construction industry. In practice, green building emphasizes the management of the entire life cycle of a building. The level of cost management, to a large extent, affect the economic benefits of construction. After the initial understanding of the life-cycle cost, this paper analyzes the cost structure of the green building project in the whole cycle. Finally, it takes Shenzhen Vanke City as the research object and analyzes the economic benefits of the green building in order to provide reference for the green building design in other regions in China.
