目的探讨新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织中细胞周期素A(CyclinA)mRNA的表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用反转录-聚合酶链反应(reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)技术检测48例新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌患者癌组织及正常远端无癌组织中CyclinA mRNA的表达情况,分析其表达与肿瘤分化、TNM分期、临床分期、淋巴结转移的关系。结果新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织中CyclinA mRNA的阳性表达率为35.4%(17/48),相对表达量为(0.105±0.435),正常远端无癌组织阳性表达率为27.1%(13/48),相对表达量为(0.020±0.071),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CyclinA mRNA的表达在肿瘤分化、TNM分期、临床分期、淋巴结转移中均无差异,但在14例相对应的组织标本中,其mRNA表达量在癌组织中明显高于远端无癌组织。结论 Cycli-nA mRNA的高表达在部分哈萨克族食管鳞癌的发生中起作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclin A mRNA in Kazakh esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of Xinjiang and its clinical significance. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of CyclinA mRNA in 48 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of Xinjiang and normal distal non-cancerous tissues. Expression and tumor differentiation, TNM staging, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis. Results The positive expression rate of CyclinA mRNA in Kazakh esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 35.4% (17/48), the relative expression level was (0.105 ± 0.435), while the normal distal non-cancerous tissue was 27.1% (13/48) ), The relative expression was (0.020 ± 0.071), but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). CyclinA mRNA expression in tumor differentiation, TNM staging, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis were no differences, but in 14 cases of corresponding tissue samples, the mRNA expression was significantly higher in cancer than in distal cancer-free tissue. Conclusion The high expression of Cycli-nA mRNA plays a role in the pathogenesis of some Kazakh esophageal squamous cell carcinomas.
