采用电子万能试验机、显微硬度计以及电化学综合测试仪分别测试了Ni-Ga-Fe-Co系合金抗压强度、显微硬度和在w(NaCl)=3.5%溶液中的阳极极化曲线;研究了热处理对Ni-Ga-Fe-Co系铁磁形状记忆合金耐蚀性能与力学性能的影响。结果表明,室温下铸态Ni50Ga27Fe17Co6合金的耐腐蚀性能最好。热处理使Ni-Ga-Fe-Co系合金的耐蚀性能下降,抗压强度增大,显微硬度取决于热处理后合金的显微组织。热处理后Ni53Ga27Fe15Co5合金的耐蚀性能最好,其自腐蚀电位为-355 mV,腐蚀电流密度为0.4185μA/cm2,钝化电位区间为419 mV。
The compressive strength, microhardness and anodic polarization of Ni-Ga-Fe-Co alloy in w (NaCl) = 3.5% were tested by electronic universal testing machine, microhardness tester and electrochemical tester respectively. The effects of heat treatment on corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of Ni-Ga-Fe-Co ferromagnetic shape memory alloys were investigated. The results show that the as-cast Ni50Ga27Fe17Co6 alloy has the best corrosion resistance at room temperature. The heat treatment reduces the corrosion resistance of Ni-Ga-Fe-Co alloy and increases the compressive strength. The microhardness depends on the microstructure of the alloy after heat treatment. The corrosion resistance of Ni53Ga27Fe15Co5 alloy after heat treatment is the best, with a self-corrosion potential of -355 mV, a corrosion current density of 0.4185μA / cm2 and a passivation potential of 419 mV.
