The construction of hospitals has become more and more formalized, and new forces have been continuously increasing. Some of the original old comrades have served as medical administrative leaders and have been separated from clinical practice. The original theoretical basis of this part of the old comrades is not strong. With the rush of administrative affairs, individual learning is not tight enough, and drilling is not enough. Therefore, the contradiction that the technical level of leading cadres lags behind the needs of real work is increasingly deepened. When leading cadres went to the disease to participate in technical activities such as rounds of inspections, consultations, and case discussions, they felt very difficult and could not provide pertinent opinions. They had no choice but to ask more administrative matters. This situation makes the bottom not satisfied.
