课程管理方式决定着课程实施的水平。随着我园基于“尊重儿童的主动选择,挖掘儿童的优势潜能,促进儿童整体和谐发展”理念确立的“我的课程”体系的建立,原有“整齐划一”的课程管理模式已无法适应新课程改革的要求。为此,我园积极探索从控制到引导、从单一到多元、从静态到动态的课程管理方式,为幼儿园课程建设注入更多的智慧和活力,为落实“我的课程”理念、最大限度满足幼儿发展需求提供了有力的保障。
