慢跑作为课的开始,不仅仅是一项热身活动,还是成功、安全、有序进行体育教学的保证,是培养学生体育课堂常规习惯、落实学生主动参与体育活动的重要环节。由于学生参与慢跑练习的主观积极性不强,体育教师要采取灵活多样的教学方式,激发学生的慢跑热情。具体教学措施如下:激发学生内在的学习动机,引导学生全程参与;改变慢跑的组织形式,激发学生参与热情;拓展教学内容,激活体育课堂。
Jogging as the beginning of the lesson is not only a warm-up activity, but also a guarantee of success, safety and orderly physical education. It is an important part of cultivating students ’habits in physical education and implementing the students’ active participation in physical activities. Due to the subjective enthusiasm of students involved in jogging is not strong, physical education teachers should adopt flexible and diverse teaching methods to arouse students’ enthusiasm for jogging. Specific teaching measures are as follows: to stimulate students ’intrinsic motivation to learn, to guide students to participate in the whole process; to change the organizational form of jogging to stimulate students’ participation in enthusiasm; to expand teaching contents and activate physical education classrooms.
