目的:研究辣椒碱微乳的体外及在体透皮性,并与辣椒碱软膏、水凝胶制剂比较。方法:取3种制剂为样品,以稳态渗透速率(Js)为考察指标,采用Franz扩散池研究3种样品经大鼠腹部皮肤的透皮性;采用封闭给药法研究辣椒碱微乳和软膏经活体新西兰大白兔腹部皮肤的透皮性。结果:辣椒碱微乳、软膏和水凝胶的体外Js值分别为(17.54±1.10)、(2.78±0.12)、(7.35±0.51)μg·cm-2·h-1;在体研究中辣椒碱微乳和软膏的Js值分别为(8.13±1.21)、(2.16±0.54)μg·cm-2·h-1。结论:辣椒碱微乳的体外、在体透皮性显著高于相应对照制剂。
OBJECTIVE: To study in vitro and in vivo dermal penetration of capsaicin microemulsion, and compare with capsaicin ointment and hydrogel preparation. Methods: Three kinds of preparations were taken as samples. The steady-state permeation rate (Js) was taken as the index. The Franz diffusion cells were used to study the skin permeability of the three samples. The closed administration method was used to study the effects of capsaicin microemulsion and Ointment transdermally penetrates the abdomen of living New Zealand white rabbits. Results: The in vitro Js values of capsaicin microemulsion, ointment and hydrogel were (17.54 ± 1.10), (2.78 ± 0.12) and (7.35 ± 0.51) μg · cm-2 · h-1, respectively. Js values of alkali microemulsion and ointment were (8.13 ± 1.21) and (2.16 ± 0.54) μg · cm-2 · h-1, respectively. Conclusion: Capsaicin microemulsion has significantly higher in vitro dermal permeability than the corresponding control.
