本文主要探讨了果胶酶预处理对粉丹竹SCMP过氧化氢漂白的影响。以预处理后纸浆过氧化氢漂白后白度和PC值为指标,探讨了果胶酶用量、处理温度和pH、处理时间等工艺参数对预处理效果的影响,得出了果胶酶预处理的合适工艺条件:果胶酶用量为0.5IU/g、pH为10、温度为30℃和时间为30min。另外通过采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对果胶酶预处理前后纸浆纤维表面成分和形貌进行了分析,分析结果表明果胶酶预处理可以除去部分覆盖在纤维表面的抽出物,从而暴露出更多的碳水化合物和木素,提高其后过氧化氢漂白的效果。
