目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血脑病(HIE)血清中蛋白的变化规律,观察HIE患儿血清S-100B蛋白的变化,旨在探讨新生儿HIE的早期诊断及预后判断的价值。方法:检测90例HIE患儿(轻、中、重度各30例)血清中蛋白的值,并与30例正常新生儿脐带血中该值进行比较。结果:按临床分度标准将HIE患儿分为轻、中、重3组。轻度组蛋白平均值为(4.09±0.60)ng/mL,与正常对照组平均值(2.35±0.88)ng/mL比较,增高显著(P<0.01);中度组平均值为(5.95±0.79)ng/mL,与正常对照组平均值比较,增高显著(P<0.01);重度组平均为(7.80±0.79)ng/mL,与正常对照组比较,增高显著(P<0.01);且轻、中、重度3组间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01),蛋白值随HIE严重程度增加而增高。结论:HIE患儿早期血清中蛋白即有明显升高,其异常程度与病情轻重有关。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum protein in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and to observe the changes of serum S-100B protein in HIE patients, so as to explore the value of early diagnosis and prognosis of HIE. Methods: The serum levels of proteins in 90 HIE children (mild, moderate and severe cases, 30 cases) were measured and compared with those in 30 normal newborn infants. Results: HIE children were divided into mild, moderate and severe groups according to clinical criteria. The average value of mild histone was (4.09 ± 0.60) ng / mL, which was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (2.35 ± 0.88) ng / mL (P <0.01) ) ng / mL, which was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (P <0.01). The severe group was (7.80 ± 0.79) ng / mL, which was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (P <0.01) (P <0.01). The protein value increased with the severity of HIE. Conclusion: Early serum protein in HIE children is significantly increased, and the severity of the disease is related to severity.
