多糖是一种重要的生物活性物质,以黑木耳多糖(AP)和酸性人参多糖(GPA)为研究对象,健康状况良好的荷瘤小鼠为试验动物,主要探讨人参多糖(GPA)和黑木耳多糖(AP)复合物的生物活性——抗肿瘤作用和免疫调节作用。试验组灌胃分别给予人参多糖200 mg/kg·d,黑木耳多糖200 mg/kg·d,黑木耳多糖100 mg/kg·d与人参多糖100 mg/kg·d(G+A)的复合物,对照组给予纯净水,连续灌胃试验周期为15 d,测定荷瘤小鼠的体重、瘤重以及对免疫功能的影响。结果表明,黑木耳多糖和人参多糖复合物能够显著提高抗肿瘤活性(p<0.05)和机体免疫力。2种多糖的复配增效为复合食品营养强化剂及功能性食品开发,为提高临床多糖用药效率提供理论依据。
Polysaccharides is an important bioactive substance. The body weight, tumor weight and immune function of the tumor-bearing mice were determined. The results showed that the polysaccharides of black fungus and ginseng could significantly increase the antitumor activity (p <0.05) and the immunity of the body. The synergistic effect of the two kinds of polysaccharides is the development of composite food nutrition fortifier and functional food, which provides a theoretical basis for improving clinical polysaccharide drug use efficiency.
