充分考虑水文条件等特点,为克服大型起重船舶无法进驻的困难,嘉绍跨江大桥北岸水中区引桥连续刚构箱梁采用短线法预制、梁上运梁、架桥机悬拼架设的施工方法。架桥机以墩旁托架为前支腿支撑点,利用架桥机起重天车安装墩顶0号块、22号块。0号块在墩顶完成二次现浇,实现墩梁固结;22号块安装在墩顶支座上。前、后中支腿分别支承在墩顶块上,为主要受力点,2台起重天车对称拼装T构箱梁,架桥机整体悬吊边跨10片节段箱梁完成合龙,通过体内和体外预应力索的共同作用完成箱梁由简支到连续的体系转换。
