INTRODUCTION Since the inception of radar, radar operators have used PPIs and video outputs on Type A monitors to detect and track targets. Operators can do these tasks with great accuracy, but they are very tense and quickly tired. In order to change this situation, automatic detection and tracking (ADT) systems have been added to many radars. Undoubtedly, with the addition of the simplest radar, the automatic detection and tracking system is almost as relevant to every other radar as it increases the speed of digital processing and reduces the cost and size of the hardware.
