本文对反应精馏过程计算使用的气液平衡计算方法，进行了简要分析，评述了各种方法的优劣，并开发出用于评价反应精馏过程气液平衡计算方法的软件。根据乙酸－乙醇－乙酸乙酯－水体系的气液平衡数据，对反应精馏过程计算常用的几种气液平衡算法，如Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ，ＮＲＴＬ，ＵＮＩＱＵＡＣ，ＡＳＯＧ和ＵＮＩＦＡＣ方法对该体系的预测结果，进行了分析比较。得知对于这种反应精馏体系，Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ方法是一种简便、可靠、实用的气液平衡估算方法。
In this paper, the gas-liquid equilibrium calculation method used in the calculation of the reactive distillation process is briefly analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the various methods are commented. The software for evaluating the gas-liquid equilibrium calculation method of the reactive distillation process is also developed. According to the gas-liquid equilibrium data of acetic acid-ethanol-ethyl acetate-water system, several commonly used gas-liquid equilibrium algorithms are calculated for the reactive distillation process, such as Wilson, NRTL, UNIQUAC, ASOG and UNIFAC methods. Analyzed and compared. It is known that the Wilson method is a simple, reliable and practical method for estimating the equilibrium of gas-liquid equilibrium for this reactive distillation system.
